Shipping Cost
We offer worldwide shipping so customers around the world can enjoy our products. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the total order value at checkout.
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping for qualified orders meeting the minimum purchase thresholds below:

United States: Free Standard Shipping on orders of $70.00 and above. For orders below $70.00, shipping fees vary from $25.00 to $60.00 depending on package weight.

International (Select Regions): Free Standard Shipping on orders of $150.00 and above. For orders below $150.00 or for expedited shipping, rates will be calculated automatically at checkout via DHL Express or USPS.

China: Free Standard Shipping on orders of $50.00 and above.
Shipping Location & Origin
All ChromaBrite orders are handled, securely packaged, and dispatched from our primary supply chain hub and fulfillment center. Your package will be shipped directly from our warehouse address below:

Shipping directly from our specialized apparel production base allows us to ensure strict quality control and offer international shipping options to our customers worldwide.
Delivery Time (Processing + Transit)
Your total estimated delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until it is delivered to your doorstep. Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time.
1. Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary slightly.

Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM (GMT+8 / Beijing Time), Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays). Orders placed before 15:00 on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or during weekends and holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes, or carrier issues may impact delivery times.
Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address, item size, color, or any other order details after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not possible for orders that have already been shipped.
Incorrect Address
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that the shipping information you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. In some cases, we may coordinate with the courier for re-delivery, subject to their policies and availability. Please note that some couriers may charge additional re-delivery fees, which will be the customer’s responsibility. To avoid failed deliveries, ensure your shipping details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your package is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. Be sure to provide your order number, photos of the items (if damaged), photo of the packing slip (missing item claims), and a description of the issue.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking status shows that your package has been "Delivered" but you have not received it, please first check around your property, with neighbors, or your local post office. If the package still cannot be located, please contact our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will actively work with the courier service to investigate the issue and help you file a claim or locate your package.
