未使用で元のパッケージに入った商品について、14日間の返品ポリシーを提供しています。
条件:
- 商品は配送から14日以内に返送されること
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping is free for defective items
Process:
1. Contact support@chromabrite.com to initiate a return
2. You will receive a prepaid return label
3. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized items
